Your only other option would be to an an oil to air heat exchanger but, by the time you have bought this and fabricated the pipes etc......its likely to be cheaper to buy the original part!

actually, that is his 2nd option: he has a lots of parts of an kadett GSi, with a c20xe engine, among which is an air-cooled OC...probably going to use that one...

ps. and this option would be alot cheaper, because all he needs is some hydraulic pipes, and that would be like 20€, while new OC is over 200€.
