Cam gover / rocker gaskets - quick question

Are cam cover gaskets and rocker gaskets the same thing?

They are indeed the same thing.

Reality is that rocker covers is the wrong description as there are no rockers in the V6 being a modern over head cam setup.

Thank you. Just wanted to check that Ronald McDonalds guide on cleaning the crankcase breather was related to oil all over the cam covers.
