Drivers side heater not working
« on: 22 October 2008, 09:53:57 »

Hello can you please help.
I drive a 2000 facelift 2.5 V6 CD and the heater on the drivers side does not work as it only blows out cold air whatever the switch settings. The passenger side works fine (blows hot or cold in line with the switch settings) and all the indication on both sides works normally. I have tried resetting the servos but that does not make any difference.  the heater pipes under the dash are hot - as confirmed by the passenger side working OK.
Any ides please?
Thanks.

hi D, fill in your profile with location. May be able to direct you to a tech 2 to diagnose which motor in dash is playing up.
Welcome to oof by the way. :-)

Thanks - I have filled in my profile (I live in Stoke on Trent). Does fixing one of these servos mean you have to take the car to bits?
