Any Omega Mechanic near Stevenage/St Albans?
« on: 09 November 2008, 19:06:56 »

Hi all,

My 2.5V6 is doing the cutting out thing.  I suspect that it's the idle control valve, which I have now cleaned as a temporary thing, and seems okay for now.

However, the car is still a bit of a kangaroo - I think that for safety's sake I'd like to do the Crank sensor and Air Mass Meter.

Anyone nearby fancy earning some beer tokens, or can anyone recommend a mechanic that isn't going to stiff me or break the motor?

Cheers,
James
