heated seats

Hi i have noticed that my heate seats are not working. The switches light up but stil got a cold butt :(. Cant seem to find a blown fuse, has any one experienced this problem before. It is a 2002 mv6 with leather

They are sewn in on leather, cloth seats have seperate pads. It's possible to fit cloth pads under leahter pads and get heat :y

My drivers seat doesn't work. How much are the pads? and how easy is it to replace? My seats are leather too!

i'v got a drivers and passenger side heater pad element ;)
both work!
