Dim Lights

Hi me again!

Just got back from the shops and noticed the electric window switches and the headlight switch all seem very dim ( i have tried turning up the dimmer control this is on max) is this usual if not what could cause it?

I think this is normal. I think you can change the bulb inside it though but not sure.
