Headlights eyebrows

Hi all, having acquired some eyebrows can someone tell me the best way of sticking them onto the glass and also how do i go about painting them (They are still virginal)

double sided trim tape, so that when the time comes that they start to look naff, you can take them off again.

I got mine painted properly to stop the paint cracking, fitted them and then thought, YUK!! so took them off and chucked them.

Some pillock fitted to my tractor with something horrible, then obviously decided they were too gay, and removed.  Hence I have the telltale marks on my lights :(
