Check you've got all the vacuum pipes back on in the right place... any EM light showing?

No lights on, all the vacuum pipes are back also i have replaced the vacuum solonoid i have even taken off the rocker covers again to check that there was nothing wrong as when it starts it sometimes has a rubber rubbing sound when the air intake pipes are connected once disconnect no noise.
