Cheers Chris, Yesterday changed 1,3&5 plugs altogether and pots still dry from previous clean up a few days previous. Coil pack looks fine too from numerous inspections, although always hard to tell. Cyl 4 is the baffling one and also the much harder side to get too! (Will look tomorrow though)
Tonight I checked over all the induction track, changed the left 'bagpipe' as the plastic has gone soft and I suspect its sucking smaller than what it should be, no real difference though, seems to be slightly better as long as you dont rag it, but I didnt buy it for that

My only other finding so far which I have not spotted is I suspect a slight blow where the drivers downpipe meets the manifold, which would give false lamda readings probably?! (I'm obsesed with these stupid lambdas!) But I am unsure if '0420 low eff. on cats on Bank A' refers to the drivers side or passenger and if its the same one as before the clutch change.
Still doesnt explain miss on cyl 4 though if that is the case, oh and it appears to have developed a water leak when turned off on the passanger side near the front of the engine... grrrr!
Just another note, once it throws its 'wobbler' and the EML light kicks in, it runs much worse, worse even than the miss that causes the eml light to flash, however, a quick on and off of the engine and it goes ok for a while untill you get to the stage of making the eml light come on.
Its generally ok to run through the gears on light throttle, although the higher the revs the better, doesnt like low to mid range load (causes the eml flashing). Starting varies from sounding ok, to instantly running on 5 and lumpy. Put some injesctor cleaner in with some 99ron. Also changing the fuel filter (hopefully) tomorrow too, but likey unrelated.
