Are you saying you did the cam cover gaskets, put it back together then it was running badly so you checked the plugs and found coolant in no1 plug well or did it run ok when you had changed the gaskets and put it back together?
Could simply be some coolant from the throttle body hose ran into the plug well as you were reassembling maybe.

no, cam cover replacer monts ago, this started happening now

you seemed fairly certain its coolent, if you taste it it will taste sweet, just to make sure. Is yellow coolent normal? Or is it just old?
