SAI Just got noisy
« on: 27 February 2009, 00:33:11 »

Hi, the last few days the SAI has got noisy, i know u can disconnect it but is this a sign of it being knackered. Im not to concerned about the noise just if its gonna start throwing up error codes. On another note since i changed my DIS pack all my error codes i had including the 19 even though id changed the sensor have now all gone, only get the 12 code as expected. wonder if the dizzie was causing the codes not to go? ::)

I know...my old Miggy had an SAI that sounded like a grumpy troll trying to escape from under the wheelarch  ::)  In the end had a posse of neighbours at my door so had to pull the plug

More dumb questions from me   :-[

I've found that SAI is Secondary Air Injection [http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1160943435/0#0].  But what's that??   :-?
