 Hi,
    Has anyone fitted one of these that could give me a few pointers on fitting and painting it :).

it will fit round the bottom of bumper in the groove then screw at each end in arch and a couple under the front !  :y

& as for the painting your gonna need plastic primer for a kick-off, then its either a spray shop or have a go with air arsehole cans, best done before fitting :y

                 My front and rear bumpers need painting and I've got a compressor which i thought i would try using :).
