cylinder 4 misfire detected + photo

"My Naff Code Reader" is reporting this error very occasionally, no eml, and error doesn't stay it clears on its own. Where should i start looking for the cause of this?
Also when my emissions light comes on, i can now see the error as attached, any ideas?
