Thats the CAM sensor, crank is on the passenger side of the block towards the back iiic  :-/

yeah thats right i think its just before the flange for the gearbox to mount to.

Behind the A/C pump. Two ways to fit. 1) Remove exhaust heatshield in engine bay for better access (optional). Locate where dipstick tube goes into crankcase and it sits about 50mm towards the front of the engine. Held with one bolt but you`ll be working blind. 2) Remove aux. belt, unbolt pas pump and move away. Should give you enough clearance. :y
