diesel people

i am looking for somebody in the york area to give me advice and identify certain things pertaining to my engine,  i need to do a few jobs ,but need advice on how to.   (have tried to find a manual ,even bmw don,t appear to do one}  - cheers .

I am sure there are people on here only too willing to help, not sure how close to you though. Is it driveble?  I would suggest posting as much info & questions you have, many problems are solved on here within a couple of posts!  Have you tried paperclipping it?  ::)

i ,m willing to travel a bit . (30-40 miles)  all i need is mainly info in laymans terms how to clean egr valve & breathers ,changing fuel filter.just general maintainance really.

I found an online manual a couple of weeks ago (a great long pdf file), but I can't find the reference to it now.  I think it was a link from this forum, and I'm pretty sure it was actually on a Range Rover owners forum, because they use the same Beemer diesel as is fitted to the Miggy.  I might be able to find the link from my home pc later, or someone else here might know where it is.

Haha! What are the chances of that!

Im kinda more Clifton Area tbh! My bedroom window faces what was the Grain Store! Which has just been ripped down!  :-/

Glad shes starting up better now that you have changed the one remaining leakoff pipe. Thats my next job on my TD!  :y ;D
