yes the fife cops where checking tax discs today the guy just stands in the road till you slow down checks your discs and then steps back on the pavement no hand out to tell me to stop, i know but thought it might be one of our members and hes a nice chap plus i may need his experties one day :y

i think the correct procedure for when someone just stands in the road is that you're meant to knock them down... especially if you have no tax!

someone will be along to confirm i think  ;D
