silent alarm
« on: 13 May 2009, 21:46:31 »

Hi Guys, I've got a 2.5 litre auto. After locking the car with the remote, after about 5 mins the n/side hazzards go off, there is no sound, ie alarm noise, clicking or anything else. I discovered the sounder had been unplugged so plugged back in, no difference. Done the usual checks with the hazzards turn on and off for about 5 mins, still alarm flashes on n/side only. Hazzard and all indicators work under normal circumstances.
Any help please, I'm stuck

me thinks that the security module is still seeing a fault.
It maybe a good idea to get a tech2 session and see whats going on.
Im sure that there is someone quite close who will be able to do this for you.
