Headlight washer relay
« on: 16 May 2009, 17:27:36 »

I've found the fuse for the headlight washers, but where is the relay? Under steering wheel or next to battery? Which one is it?
Haynes doesn't mention specific relay locations, neither does owners manual.
Also, what type is it?

Thanks

I found it eventually; or rather, where it should be! Socket 2 in the engine relay box. Does anyone know what type of relay it is, or better still does anyone have one they would like to swap for some money?

The problem is I have retro fitted headlight washers so I don't have a relay to compare with, but going on the colour of the socket, it is probably black. I don't have any other black relays that fit to compare with.

"Socket 2" - Are they numbered? Let us have a description i.e. Nearest Offside Rear or whatever.   :y
