there is a 1995 omega being broken on ebay, it has leather seats would they fit ok in to my 1998?

No - no airbags and wrong pretensioners - you'd have to be a bit simple if you thought that would be a good idea to live without these safety features

also does all the leather seats have a memory button system?

No - only elites

and are they all recaro sports leather?

All made by recaro, but not all 'sports' style. No sports seats have memory function

Would also an issue with insurance.

I have leather which I much prefer to cloth. My seat heaters all work as they should front and rear and I get 33mpg.

I must be the odd one out....
