if you have your heart set on leather for some perverse reason (sweaty and hot in summer, freezing in winter, and unreliable heaters)

Fair comment - they're the biz with small passengers though - wipe clean, condition occasionally and forget!  Still trying to get melted sweet out of the velour on other half's car...

More miles than the starship Enterprise but she keeps on rolling!  (Edit: not in a straight line anymore!)

I know what my dad would have down to me if I made any kind of mess on his seats ;D

there is a 1995 omega being broken on ebay, it has leather seats would they fit ok in to my 1998?

No - no airbags and wrong pretensioners - you'd have to be a bit simple if you thought that would be a good idea to live without these safety features

also does all the leather seats have a memory button system?

No - only elites

and are they all recaro sports leather?

All made by recaro, but not all 'sports' style. No sports seats have memory function

Would also an issue with insurance.

I have leather which I much prefer to cloth. My seat heaters all work as they should front and rear and I get 33mpg.

I must be the odd one out....

Running off to find a large chunk of wood to touch now ;)
