Crank Sensor again!!
« on: 29 May 2009, 22:16:40 »

Hi, Drove car yesterday, revs didnt drop off like they used to when stopping, seems to stay upto about 1000rpm at almost stand still when stopped slowly dropped to about 600 rpm. Then when turned off went to restart again and it wouldnt, after a couple of attempts it then started. The sensor was not from vauxhall, but had the same makers name siemens france on it or maybe a copy?. Checked for codes only 135 and 31(no rpm). So does this look like a duff sensor starting to go wrong? Thanks

Crank Sensor is usually code 19 mate.
As for you Crank Sensor there are some things not worth buying from Vauxhall because of the price, but a Crank Sensor is not one in my opinion :y
