Speedo pointer cap thingy

Can anyone please tell me how you get the clear cover off the front of the instrument display?
The cap has come off the speedo arm and is floating around behind the cover.
Thanks very much in advance for any help.

You have to take the whole Cluster out first, Not as bad as it sounds. Theres a 'How to' on here somewhere takes about 10mins.  :y
