front headlight level sensor change??
« on: 18 June 2009, 12:53:40 »

Okay need a few tips.
Ordered this from Dave and waiting for it to arrive.
Thinking of changing it myself.
Does anyone have few tips?
Was thinking of this order.
Jack up a car on the lifter ( sorry don't know the correct expression)
Remove the old one and the level rod.
The new one is without wires I presume.
Put the level rod onto a new sensor and place them both back together (sensor than the rod on the wishbone)
And finally lower the car.
If anyone has suggestions or some remarks please let me know.
Also one other thing...
Need probably to replace the front headlight motor (left one)
What do I have to take off? (air filter box etc)
Anything to look after while doing this?
Also the right side ( works but just in case)
