HI Guys n Gals need some assistance with a drivers door problem. When you open said door there is a loud crack at first point and another when the door is fully open. It is not being caused by the bush on the frame side. It is coming from inside the door where the bar goes in.

Seem to remember many moons ago someone having a similar problem, but can't find the details.

just need to know what the cause may be and the remedy

Hi Jamie Yup, bush has been changed. Thanks Radar, the one I think I need is on page 5

will ring my contact at vx and order the bits
