What a difference!!
« on: 29 June 2009, 08:59:15 »

On the weekend I replaced the dampers, front wishbones and droplinks. The parts cost me about £250 delivered off ebay.

I was seriously impressed with how easy it was to change the parts. Vauxhall must have given real thought to being able to replace the parts easily.

There is now a massive difference in the handling. The car feels much more planted although the ride is a little bumpy now.

There is still some sway in the back end so I am going to try and source a full new set of bushes.

I can definately say it was £250 well spent!

Get the geometry set up properly and it will become a completely different car.
