Morning All

Had problems with the off side rear window. it operated ok on the wway down but refused to come back up. having taken door panel off to check managed to smash glass. Had to get new bit from breakers and decided to get a new motor/regulator as well. drilled the old one off this morning and fitted new one. had to move runner down half way to get new glass in and ive got the same fault. regulator works in downward motion but not up. Any help is desperately needed

Try to take it up with front switch.
If it doesn't work try to replace the switches between back doors. It could be the both front and back switch are malfunctioning but be careful when taking them off. It is easy to break them if its a facelift model.
when you do this if it doesn't work then check the wire connection between switch and the motor
