V6 Cat and Lamda differences

I am having a bit of trouble locating a pair of decent secondhand cats for my 2.5 auto. I am going to go and have a look around the scrap yards of Malaga.

I am not too hopeful but are there any differences between the 2.5 and the 3.0 litre cats and also between auto and manual in respect of the lamdas?
