rocker cover gaskets -
« on: 21 July 2009, 19:21:09 »

popped into vauxhall in bridlington today and it looks like you can only get the rocker cover gaskets with the rocker covers now - she said they had been superseaded to both come together as vauxhall now reccommend changing the covers with the gaskets now.

is this old news or have i brought something to your attention?

i have managed to get the gaskets on their own though from stock and a different garage so its not too bad

Got my rocker cover gaskets (2.5 V6) from Vauxhall in Northampton 2 weeks ago. No problem and in stock.
Just took a list printed off from the maintenence section on this forum, showing the relevent part numbers.
watch the plenum gaskets price though. added £60 to what should have been about £120 in total (ouch!)
