V6 DIS pack
« on: 24 July 2009, 10:12:02 »

(2.5 V6 with the horizontal DIS pack) I've carefully labelled the wires, but want to make sure I put them back in the right sockets.

Is it 1,3,5,6,4,2 counted clockwise from the connector ?

Thanks.

Thanks for that, but mine has the connector at the end of the dis pack, and it plugs in parallel with the leads.

I now think it might be 5 3 1 4 6 2, clockwise from the connector. Does that sound right ?

Thanks.

It's still installed, and I can't get close enough to see the numbers. I've managed to get a picture off fleabay on which I can see some of the numbers, and did record my 1,3,5 when I took them off so I know those.

Have you removed the plastic scuttle panel & wiper motor to give better access

Yes - the scuttle and wiper motor were the easy bit !

I might have another go at getting the DIS pack out to check it and the numbering, but I've really struggled with the last bolt.
