low voltage headlamp

Can someone please tell me why I am only getting 2.7 volts to one headlight and 11.5 to the other. This is with the engine off

You've got a high resistance joint somewhere in the circuit.

Elite now gone.  Bought an X-Type 4x4.  If there had been an Omega 4x4 I would have bought that instead.  We really liked the Omega, but I wanted 4x4.

Have a look at the earth wires if there ok
