The Ebay one is for a saloon, not an estate.

The Irmscher ones for estates - some have a built-in brake light, some don't. I've got one here to fit to my mini-facelift estate - it's the variant with the brake light, though whether I'll blank-off the light is as yet undecided, as there's also a built-in light in the tailgate window, which doesn't appear to be obstucted by the spoiler anyway.
