3.2 manual box help

Hello everyone im looking for some advice my manual 3.2 ex police car has done its clutch i think but im woried the gearbox is knackered i can get it in gear but it feels like its dragging when i press the clutch in the whole thing seems to lock up tight ive phoned a few places but no one seems to be able to help so ive come here for advise do you guys reckon its just the clutch or is the box f*^%$d if its the box were would i source one from as im led to believe that only plod cars had the manual box

the manual boxes are pretty robust.  much more likely that it is a clutch problem.  Is it that the clutch is not releasing properly

it feels like that mate just worried me that i cant get all the gears but the box was a bit notchy before it went i will say that when it did go in gear it seemed to be ok ill know more on thursday got it booked in for a clutch rang loads and they were all talking telephone numbers
