Idle speed too high

2001 2.6 MV6, after cleaning throttle housing and breathers the car now idles at about 800 RPM.Used to idle at about 450-500 RPM.any sugestions on how to reduce it again. PS the 2.6 has no idle control valve.

not had the problem myself but i guess i would look for an air leak, clean the throttle body to make sure its closing fully. Failing that tech 2 time with a member on here.
