Could be a vacuum problem in the hbv or the temp servo. Check throroughly for disconnected vacuum hoses or split pipes as a first port of call :y

So I have checked the vacume pipes and all seem ok,
How can i check the Hbv vacum?
were can i find the temp servo?
I have flushed the system, and bled it correctly, the pipes to the heater matrix are getting hot,
and all I get is a bearly warm air flow from my heater
Any ideas what else I could check.

Take the radio out and the middel air vents out and the ash tray, there are 2 screws in the air ven and to in the ast tray back, remove the nobs there are a screw on each,, pull it out u will find all the lights there etc remove the next pannel and its there the 1 with all the black pipes in init ther is 1 that has no pie on it leave that 1 alone pop the rubber of the pipes are connected to it clean it all up and put the rubber sealer on leave to dry tothether then check it with the engine running u dont need to disconect the bat on car but u may need the code for the radio. dose that help its just the same on digital 1s as well, dose that help :y :y

You should see them in the hole, there is a motor on it, on the nob 1z they come out togethere on motor 1z u should se the pipes in the hole, get your hand inside the radio hole go up and feel about should be on the right hand side held on by a clip, then shoud be able to pull it down and out.

So I have had my hand up as far as I can,
I have used a mirrow to have a look, I have even taken out the left half of the fuse relay box out to have a look, all that is there is a thick bundel of cabels and the air tunnel for the rear of the car.
there is no vac pipes there,
I have now even taken the clocks out to get a better look.

just looked in book a bit more, it says in the book that there are 3 types one with air pipes and nobs one with motors and air pies, and there is a model with its own air pump, but dose not say were it is, put in pic it shows a can with 1 pipe coming out and a motor at othere end, can you see if there is somthing looking like that, seems funny that there is not alot of info on the motor model. try behind the glove box, remember to take bat off and leave 10min b4 removing it as the air bag could go off.
