Just shows how bad some garages really are.  There is not one piece of accurate info in that V6 section.  In fact, all the common issues with that engine (cam cover gaskets, oil coolers if poorly serviced) are not mentioned.  And who here has seen a 2.5 V6 HG fail?  And I suspect we see an awful lot more of these engines that some backstreet garage.

As said, it shows how incredibly bad most 'professionals' are ;)

when i said note the cdoments on the 2.5 i meant the diesel lump!!! not having had much to do with the v6 model exce-t to read about them breaking down, i wouldnt know whthere the coments on them were good or not!! I thought it was useful for the diesel models!! :y

Well, if you beleive every word, which we certainly dont, and his comments are as accurate about to TD as they are on the v6 I would be extremely worried if i where you. :-)
