Don't know if it's possible for anyone to add this to the excellent door card removal guide?
After removing my 2.2 facelift door cards (using the excellent guide mentioned above) last week to renew central door locking motors there's just one thing I'd like to add though, you do not need to prise out the electric window switch cluster as it is easily damaged leaving ugly scars on the surround. Once the door card is removed you will see a covenient finger hole on the back of the card which allows you to push the switch cluster upwards from underneath. It will just pop straight out which will allow you to remove the connector for the switches and detatch the door card completely. 
Thanks for a brilliant guide though, it made it a job I wasn't looking forward to seem easy.
