Metal lever next to headlight bulb holder?
« on: 11 December 2009, 19:49:43 »

Changing all my bulbs earlier and noticed the wee lever inbetween the two bulb holders in each headlamp. Moved it up and down and it altered the beam?

Whats it for and where should the lever be? Just curious.

And while we're on headlights, my passenger side height adjustment doesnt work anymore? Plug's connected, but nothing happening. Any ideas?

Cheers, Gav :y

Sounds like its the levers for adjusting the lights for continental use, takes the "kick" off the beam ...

I believe the setting for driving on the right in a RHD car is Driver side lever UP and passenger side DOWN. That is how mine are set here in Spain.

For driving in the UK it would be the other way round. Strange.
