2 weeks ago i bought my second omega , its 97 model and x25xev , i have several problems

1-When i made paperclip test, i have 13-135-46-87-48-31 and 144 codes.

most importand is 31-87 , i checked and cleaned crankshaft sensor ,and normally rpm is not working , and heater is not working too.It does not blow out.All fuses are okay.Opel garaga says that ,because of n
o rpm signal heater fan is not blowing out ??.Engine is working fine ,only no rpm and no blow out.Frozen in the car since 2 weeks.What do you recommend ?? What should i do to solve these problems..
And,, 87 =A/C Cutoff Relay Voltage Low

ive seen a engine that had them codes and it was the ecu at fault but could be wrong.

Omega's is a life not just a car. also do ecu codes read and wiped or rest.., fix LCD tv & DVD recorders PS3's and most electrical equipment just e-mail me.
