Prob with screen water

Hi all everytime i wanna clean the screen the water doesnt always come out so i then have to leave it for a min or to then it works.Do you think this could be from a faulty washer pump.

Can you here the pump working all the time,even when no water is coming out,if yes its probably due to ice this time of year. :y

Check the filter by the pump in the washer bottle
