Driver Side power window

My Window strted acting up. It goes half way and stops. Today it has just refused.
My mech tells me that there is a broken plastic piece. Will check. But in the mean time are there any user serviceable or replacement in the mechanism.
Also my doors make a funny soun when you open or close. Can i have the part numebr for the replacement white gaskets.
