I bought one for my Y 2.6 Omega from E bay back in August.
Part No was 0281 002 184. The company was based in Gosport.
It was just the electronic sensor part of the complete air flow meter, it simply screws into your existing plastic housing. Came complete with the tool for unscrewing the outer plastic casing. I think I paid about £30.00

I've had a cheap one off ebay before, worked well for a bit. Got more pressing matters to attend to on my car at the moment tbh but these will be useful.
  Got a code 100 on there now so I suppose the cheap one I had lasted about 3 months or so
