heater matrix pipe

Bottom heater matrix pipe melted... can anyone tell me if you need a special tool to unclip the pipes plzz..

No special tool required. Press the clip on the top of the white ring and slide it towards the rubber part, you'll feel it go. Then you should be able to pull off the pipe with a good grip and a gentle twist.
