a couple of problems

well was gonna ask about heat only on passenger side but it seem's to be that flap /arm problem ,problem two i have that can only be discribed as a mettalic noise resembling a cog touching metal occasionaly from roughly the driver's side inlet cam or that area,a sort of clang noise whitch only happens when it getting warm or when it is warm,on cold idle no noise,allso the breather box small pipe does it go to the passenger side of the two pipe connecter's on the ecotec black cover on top as i looked at topic on cleaning box out and pic shows the ecotec part upside down are the two prob's connected ! any help will be great as i have only just got it back on the road after doing oil cooler
