Part number for crank seal
« on: 30 January 2010, 20:07:49 »

Can I have the part number for the front and rear crank oil seals please.

I'm ok with the procedure for changing them but none of the posts I found have part numbers.

Anyone?

I'm off to the dealer soon and want to make sure they get the correct parts, and also so they don't say "we don't do them" if I only give a description.

Thanks

Stop worrying so much. The dealership will let you look at the screen display so you can point it out to them. All you have to do is give the correct vehicle details (usually the Registration number does it) and they will pull its records up from VX database.
Can't go wrong really.
If that dealership is crap service go to another, some will help while others are like plastic fireguards!
