well ive taken it all apart today ,  and re traced all the work on the ;leads , dis pack , wiring connectors, replaced the 6 o rings again on manifold checked every vac pipe and put back together , road test and hey presto its working as it should , wash and clean up , well pleased at the mo , fingers crossed , thank all for the advice . :y :y :y

back to normal now , took car on a 50m+ road test over the weekend glad to report all is well, god knows what the fault was the only thing extra i did was to un plug and reconnect all the dis pack / other main wiring plugs , reasemble the bits and sorted  ;D
