Mini facelift projector headlights poor
« on: 12 February 2010, 00:10:37 »

I have a 1999 mini facelift 2.5 CDX with projector headlights. When I got the car the nearside headlight had a crack in it so I replaced it.

However the headlights do not appear to be bright on either side. Even on full beam they seem to highlight the road about 10 feet in front of the car.

I have had no problems with the mot so presume they are aligned correctly.

Any suggestions appreciated

Would think aimed low.  For brighter lights try OSRAM Night Breaker bulbs  :y
