car getting to tempture management light coming on fan not kicking in done the clip test no codes coming up can any one help please :-?

Check the fuses in the main fuse box beneath the steering wheel, if all ok, look in the triangle shaped relay box at rear of the battery and check that the brown relay/s are properly fitted (give it/them a good push in). Check connectors to the fan switch (top left hand of radiator).HTH :y
