Door lock problem

Got a elite 3l the key fob opens and locks rear ,boot,and passengers doors but not drivers door but if I put key in drivers door lock it opens and locks all doors and boot anyone any ideas could it be battery please help :exclamation

You need a new/new-to-you door central locking motor  :y  :y

Not too bad. Door card off, it's held by the three Torx head screws on the edge of the door, but you struggle getting your hands in the various holes of the door to get at it. Make sure the vertical rod from the exterior handle locates in the hole/latch at the back as you re-fit it all. The opperating roads from the interior handle & lock just clip off the rod & swing round out of the way. Give all the moving bits a liberal spray of lub - I used chain lub.  :y
Apply Ellastoplast as neccessary!  ;D
