Oil Cooler Location

Hi guys
Omega cd 2003 2.6i Auto
Could someone please clarify where my oil cooler sits, as I have heard different location ( bottom of V / under radiator. Does my car have 2 coolers as it is auto.

Engine oil cooler is in the base of the v.   :y

Engine oil cooler is in the V of the engine.  Autobox oil cooler is in the rad  :y

Gearbox oil cooler on a 2.6 could be between the rad and aircon condenser ;)
