Anti roll bar bush?

Worth spraying a little WD40 at each of the moving parts in turn and see what (temporarily) stops it?

Is it over bumps or when turning the wheel (could be dry top mounting)

Which is it?

I had similar symptoms last year, with a creaking noise from under the car.

It turned out to be the mounting plate under the gearbox, where it is fixed to the chassis, one of the bolts had worked loose.

this is now getting wierd. when I pushed down on the front of the car (prior to changing the links)  the creak was clear. Changed the links and that noise has definitely ceased. The noise from inside of car was there after I changed links but today has not appeared at all.

Will keep ears open.

Is it raining or damp where you are today?

dry today - I had similar thoughts - wil see how it goes - would drop links make such a handling difference as I think they have or is it my imagination?

They would only really make a noticeable difference if they were really slack or had become totally disconnected from the roll-bar.
