2.2 CDX Petrol Manual Service
« on: 15 June 2010, 22:27:26 »

I've got a 2.2 CDX manual Petrol which has always been dealer serviced as it was a company car.

I bought it at the end of the lease, and it only gets low miles on it now (its on an 03 plate and has about 66k on the clock.)

I was going to do an oil and filter change on it, and have read the article of different grades of oil, but was wondering what people regard as the best best oil grade and make...

I was also going to change the air filter and plugs. Is there a preferred plug for the 2.2.

Is there anything else recommended to be checked or changed for a DIY mini service.  The car runs like new so its just preventative maintenance.

Also is there a guide to replace the pollen filter. I've heard it is behind the glove box but I havent been able to find a facelift manual to check.

Is there a Haynes manual for facelift Omigas?

Thanks...
